“It’s quite ironic after seeing a post a couple weeks ago with a v5 (or another Meepo board) doing the same thing except the person was riding. Why should I put my trust in this company if the board cannot handle it falling out of my hand much less riding it.”

Another day, another broken Meepo hub motor axle. Do they even care?

“…I was going like 30 and the wheel just broke and the board through me off in front of someone’s house and there were a bunch of dudes watching football in the garage and they saw me eat shit.”

“Just received my Meepo Voyager board just yesterday and I immediately had changed out the wheels for the 105’s that came with it. Rode it out for about 10+ miles and went home. Rode it this morning and mid-ride, the right motor wheel just gave out? It stopped moving and I had to walk home.”

“I emailed meepo they said they don’t sell these v5 motors separately and that I’ll have to buy a whole new truck assembly for I think $180”

“With riding, it wiggled right off as i ride. Noticed it one day at the end of the ride almost off. Pushed it back on but it would wiggle off within maybe ten feet. Tried spray adhesive and it worked for 2 km but then once it wiggled off it did it over and over…

“Roughly 150 to 200 miles in about 7 or 8 months.”

“My motor mount Bolt Slots how COMPLETELY stripped out so now the bolts that hold the motor to the truck go right through the mounts…”

“The first one broke at 1000 miles. This one at 1576.”
